Edinburgh Race Night

A Charity Race Night in aid of Action Duchenne was held on 3rd April at Easter Road Stadium (Hibernian Football Club) and the evening proved to be a huge success.

23 members of staff from Royal Haskoning (Edinburgh Office), along with over 100 friends and family turned out for a fun-filled night of light hearted gambling and alcohol fuelled banter…

I would like to take this opportunity to thank to those who attended the Race Night, donated money and bought raffle tickets. £3,675.84 has been raised to date, and when combined with a contribution of £3,000.00 from Royal Haskoning provides a total of £6,675.84.

I am sure that you will agree that this is a magnificent sum of money for a very worthwhile cause.

Thank you once more for all of your efforts and kind donations. I cannot put into words just how much this is appreciated.

All our race nights are fully self contained events. We supply all the equipment needed to run a very successful and fun race night. All our comperes are fully experienced and will work out the winnings and generate an electric atmosphere. All you have to do is promote the event and sell the tickets, and pay out winnings, on the night.

When you book your Premier race night, we will send you a ‘Race Pack’ which contains all the information you need to promote a successful event and how to raise plenty of funds prior to the event. Our fee can easily be found well before the event takes place.

We use large screens and digital projectors for the best quality viewing. Professional quality sound systems are included. The audio can be as intimate or punchy and stirring as the event requires.

We will provide all the tote tickets and other free aids to help you maximize the earnings potential of your Premier race night. We will help to stir up an atmosphere that will enhance the Premier race night experience for the ‘punters’.

The corporate client can choose whether to raise funds for a charity, staff fund or other or simply to run an event for your guests. If you provide the quality prizes for the winners we will do our bit to make your guests have a fantastic night of entertainment.

Our Premier race nights can come fully packaged with a disco, giant wii, karaoke, quiz, rat pack singer or any other style of entertainment you wish. We can theme your Premier race night to James Bond, Wild West, Las Vegas, US Prohibition etc etc etc.
